Yes, free samples are available and no MOQ for standard products. While MOQ is needed for customized products, subject to final product specification.
Generally we guarantee a 3 or 5-year wararanty for different products.
Within the warranty period, if a customer provides proof of a product quality issue confirmed by our engineers, we will replace the defective items.
For small quantities, customers are not required to return faulty samples. For larger quantities, customers must ship back the defective parts.
Our maximum responsibility is limited to repair or replace products. We shall not be liable for any other damages or responsibilities.

We strictly adhere to the principle of confidentiality: we will never disclose, sell or share customers’ unique designs or jointly develop products with any third party.
Lead time for samples is 1 week. Mass order 2-3 weeks. A longer lead time is needed for customized products and busy seasons.
We usually ship by interrnational freight such as DHL, UPS, FedEx. It usually takes 3-5 days to your destination. Airline and sea shipping are optional.
For small orders less than USD100, please 100% advance payment.
For bulk orders, we only accept 30% T/T advance and 70% T/T before shipment.
